Held every three years, the NSGEU Convention brings together elected delegates from across the province to help shape the future of the union through policy resolutions and leadership elections.

This year’s event, taking place May 21–23 and will be the largest to date. Under the theme “Rise Together,” the Convention reflects the union’s continued focus on solidarity, public service, and community impact.

Since 1958, this Convention has played a key role in guiding the direction of NSGEU, which represents over 38,000 public sector workers in Nova Scotia.
