Since 2010, this community-focused conference has brought some of the biggest names in the sci-fi, fantasy and gaming world to Halifax, Nova Scotia. Our purpose is to host an awesome convention every year and host events year-round to bring together people to build and enhance our community. Hal-Con is committed to celebrating geek, nerd and pop culture. Through a variety of events, we continue to strive toward establishing ourselves as a mainstay of Nova Scotia by integrating into the landscape of Halifax’s landmark events, and positively impacting both the culture and the economy.
