Recently, Chef Luzeux took his skills and expertise to the next generation of culinary talent at the Nova Scotia Community College’s (NSCC) Sydney Waterfront Campus. His mission? In early September, the Halifax Convention Centre was the scene of a unique coincidence. Within a single week, we hosted two major events from completely different worlds, both known as CHES. From September 3-7, the Conference on Cryptographic Hardware and Embedded Systems (CHES 2024) took center stage. The very next day, the Canadian Healthcare Engineering Society National Conference (CHES 2024) kicked off. This unexpected alignment showcases Halifax’s versatility as a top-notch conference destination, capable of catering to a wide range of professional fields.
